Executive Coaching:
Contract terms vary. All executive coaching includes:
- A 60 minute intake SESSION
- Face to face assessment, and interpretation of the results
- Coaching targeted toward building competencies agreed upon after initial session
- Integrated action plan and goals agreed upon after initial session
Note: All one-on-one personal coaching includes reasonable email access throughout the month, as well as 10-minute check-ups during call-in “Intention Coaching” days. Intention coaching is to help get you and keep you laser focused on your intentions and actions as you move forward.
