The heart of this program is about learning tools that you can integrate into your daily routine, it's not about doing more, it's about doing the right things. You'll learn about the small things you can do every day that will make BIG things happen.
The tele-program details (what you'll get):
- 4 weeks, once-a-week phone call,
- 3 people only per group for thorough and personal help from coach and co-rocket launchers,
- 1 hour calls (approximately 15 minutes per person) with the group to discuss triumphs, get help on areas of frustration or resistance,
- Recorded calls**,
- Daily actions emails for Week 2 and Week 3,
- Worksheets for each exercise as well as tips and tricks to stay intentionally in motion.

Sure! The time you spend on this program will be specifically to invest on what you are choosing to focus on. There is no one overall goal for the whole class. It can be anything you want, but it must stir your soul. Sounds intriguing doesn't it?
Here's how it will look:
One week prior to Intro call - Learn how to grease the wheel so you're ready to go when class starts.
- Week 1: Clarify, shape and define a goal that stirs your soul.
- Week 2: Share and hold each other accountable, dailys emails for action practices.
- Week 3: Daily emails for action practices, homework and sharing.
- Week 4: Re-cap 4 weeks, celebrate and planning for the next stage. How to stay moving forward.
Wow! This sounds great. How will it work exactly?
Great Question! It’s pretty straight forward, so here’s a quick answer to what you can expect during the 4 weeks:
- Intro Call – There will only be 4 people per call. The same people for all 4 weeks. We’ll start with introductions, creating connection and doing a deeper dive to explain the program. You'll learn how to set a goal that stirs your soul (it's more than SMART). You'll get laser focused on your goal and want to tell everyone about it.
- Week 2 & Week 3 Calls – Check-in on your goal and daily actions emails. We'll check in on what’s working, and what needs to be adjusted. There will be a gradual introduction of new techniques to increase your ability to discover new possibilities and be intentionally effective. Through a combination of examples, instructions and exercises you’ll learn how to clarify your goals, share your goals, perform tasks to increase your effectiveness to getting things done and how to remove barriers that are keeping you stuck.
- Week 4 Call – Wrap-up and celebrations! We’ll review everyone’s plan to keep moving forward and how to keep the momentum going. There will be an opportunity to continue on with the program as well. Stay tuned for more information.

- Weekly Check-in – Gaining perspective from others, a chance to creative brainstorm and get insights from a support team who all have the same bigger goal – striving for success.
- Daily practice – This is a combination of sharing your goal, taking actions, and making requests
- Focusing practice – You’ll perform tasks that improve your focus.
- Action Practice – Perform tasks that increase your velocity of action in support of your goal.
- Breaking Through Resistance – Learning techniques that reduce or remove barriers to your success.
