Leadership is: Serving Others.

The movement is called 'SMOVE' or Smile & Move. It's inspirational. It's simple. It's of-our-time or really anytime. This is something great leaders have known - contribution and service to others gets you further, faster and a whole lot happier.

That might sound simplistic, but it's not always easy. Here are several ways that are. Try one, just one. It can make a difference.

Share the video. Share the message. Spread the inspiration and, lead.

WARNING: Audience members will feel overwhelming urge to be happy and do something. Side effects include an increased drive to give more.

SMOVE(TM) on!
