Mindful Monday - Finish What You Started

Are you feeling overwhelmed with things on your To-DO list? I was.  

Much of the stress that people feel doesn't come from having too much to do. It comes from not finsihing what they've started.

That quote caught my eye last week and since I've focused on completing what I've started, I don't have less to do, but I've gotten more done and am less stressed. Now that's success!
