Sylvia Taylor, (M.A.)
Sylvia facilitates hands on, experiential and highly creative programs for High Tech global companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile USA. Her focus is on teams and leaders in transition. With a background in marketing and project management, her work for tech start-ups in the US, Italy and the UK (1997-2002), gave her first hand knowledge and experience in developing programs to bridge the gap for globally dispersed, intercultural teams.
Sylvia’s 15 years of experience and mastery of team dynamics come from managing and facilitating teams in High tech, Telecommunications, and Finance. Sylvia holds a Masters Degree in Human and Organizational Management (Fielding Graduate Institute), is a Certified Core Instructor (2008) for The Core Protocols (open source) and has been coaching teams and executives since 2008 through her company in Seattle, WA. She combines this with real world experience to deliver engaging and fun learning and development programs, workshops, retreats and customized team events.
Sylvia's coaching approach with companies, teams and individuals is customized and intuitive. She works closely with her clients to redesign, redirect and extrapolate to get the best results, fast.
