Sylvia Taylor, (M.A.), has always been on the side of business that required risk taking, intensive teamwork, and high energy. Her work as a senior marketing manager and Organizational Development consultant at Microsoft forged her ability to strategize and problem solve in stressful situations. It also gave her insight and empathy to what professionals in all levels of corporate business and large non-profit organizations face on a daily basis. When she finally decided to leave the corporate world and start her consulting business, she did so with powerful tools in her pocket.
Sylvia helps her clients sustain high-performance and success by discovering their strengths, integrating their masculine and feminine powers and find a way to work that works best for them. This results in her clients being able to get the results they want with more ease and confidence. She's also a twin. This, she believes, has lead to a keen ability to build rapport and connection, and looks for that in the tools she uses and programs she develops.

Sylvia has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Gonzaga University. She received her Master's Degree in Organizational Management from Fielding Graduate University. Her career led her to a two year adventure in Italy and the U.K., serving clients throughout Europe. As a professional coach, workshop facilitator, speaker, trainer and published photographer, Sylvia lives happily in rainy Seattle with her Beagle-Lab mix Ruby, as she builds her master plan to retire to a seaside cottage in Italy.
